The Power of Breath!

Breathing, is far more than a mere biological process. It’s a powerful tool for personal transformation and emotional well-being.

‘Breathwork’ varies in many ways based on time, intensity and the way you breathe. Purposeful conscious breathing, is an ancient practice with roots in various religious and cultural traditions, and has gained prominence in modern wellness for its profound impact on mental and physical health, trauma recovery and sports performance

Some examples of breathwork techniques, include Wim Hoff, SOMA, box breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, meditation and many more. Each method offers unique benefits, from stress management to improved lung function, trauma release and more, making them invaluable tools for personal wellness.

‘Rebirthing’ is a form of Breathwork that can be extremely cathartic for the participant. A typical session goes for 60-90 minutes and can be very emotional and physical. All from breathing with focus and intent.
